Vishnudathan K. He holds a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration, a Diploma in Accounts and Finance, and a Certification in Business Management from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI).

Vishnudathan is a Fellow Member of the Emirates Association for Accountants and Auditors (EAAA), a Fellow Member of the Institute of Public Accountants (Australia), and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Financial Accountants (United Kingdom). He is also an approved Tax Agent registered with the UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA), a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (UAE Chapter), and a Registered Auditor licensed by the UAE Ministry of Economy.

His areas of expertise include Financial Reporting, Taxation, Organizational Restructuring, Business Health Checks, Budgeting, Economic Substance Regulations (ESR), ERP Implementation, and Strategic Business Consultancy. Throughout his career, he has successfully advised 2,000 + businesses across various sectors on strengthening financial controls, enhancing operational efficiency, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Vishnudathan began his professional journey with a leading audit firm in South India before relocating to the UAE. He joined HALSCA as Chief Auditor, where his leadership capabilities, strategic mindset, and commitment to excellence quickly earned him the position of Chief Operating Officer.
